It’s been a busy month, so I’ll keep this short and sweet.
First, thank you for being part of the Menopause Nutrition community. Your support means a lot to me. Writing can be lonely proposition and it’s wonderful to know that my work is appreciated.
Even more important: I hope that you’re able to relax during the coming week and catch up on your sleep, too. After doing what it takes to create the holiday magic, you’re probably mentally and physically exhausted at this point. I know I am!
Rest is #1 on my to-do list, starting on December 26. Is it on yours, too?
